THERAPUTIC COUNSELLING FOR ADULTS
Counselling Support for Anxiety, Trauma & Life Changes
Life doesn’t always unravel in obvious ways.
Sometimes it’s subtle — increased irritability, emotional numbness, constant worry, or feeling disconnected from yourself.
As a counsellor offering anxiety counselling and medical trauma therapy, I provide space to explore what’s happening beneath that.
Anxiety Counselling
Anxiety can show up as racing thoughts, difficulty sleeping, muscle tension or a constant sense of unease. Together we explore both the thoughts and the underlying emotional experiences that fuel it.
Medical Trauma & Health Anxiety
A diagnosis, hospital experience or ongoing health condition can disrupt your sense of safety in your own body. Medical trauma therapy creates space to process those experiences gently.
Identity & Life Transitions
Becoming a parent. Facing illness. Career changes. Relationship endings. Moments where you think, “I don’t recognise myself anymore.”
Counselling can help you reconnect with who you are now.
Bereavement & Loss
Grief is rarely linear. Therapy offers a space where it doesn’t need to be.
Addiction & Coping Behaviours
When behaviours that once helped you cope start to feel difficult to manage, counselling can support you in understanding what’s underneath them.
Counselling Fees – Online Therapy Sessions
Individual online counselling sessions are £55 for 50 minutes.
Sessions are usually held weekly, particularly at the beginning, although we can discuss what works best for you.
I offer online therapy to adults across Surrey and the UK.
